Who is Your Favorite Love Interest in Gaming?

Who is the love of your life when it comes to video game romance?

I love this screenshot of Miranda Lawson from Mass Effect 2. She is one hell of a woman and love interest in the franchise. I stuck with her until the very end. My heart broke just by watching her death and break-up scenes in YouTube.

I have this dream of meeting Yvonne Strahovski so that she could sign my copy of Mass Effect 2. I was completely devastated that she was shafted in the third game, but at least she has some cool content in the Citadel DLC.

Aside from her, I would choose Atton Rand from Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II. I’m also trying to think of love interests outside of RPG games too. Does Shaundi count?

Who do you like? It does not have to be from a choice game. Let us know!

  • Call me old school: Jaheira from BG2.

  • You know my Mass Effect waifu respects your little genetically perfect Cerberus cheerleader bosh’tet (which is better than liking). I’m also partial to Leliana (dat accent!) and Merill from Dragon Age…
…. and I just this instant realized that girls with foreign accents might be my type. So why’d I marry an American irl? My life is a liiiiiieee!

    • Let’s hope your real life wife isn’t reading this! HAHAHA

      • Thankfully her type appears to be men with an odd sense of humor.

I tell my husband to his face I wish he had a British accent. He laughs, and I’m all, “British English, motherfucker, do you speak it?”

  • I’m going to have to go with Samantha Traynor. She reminds me so much of myself and I love how she is sweet, sincere, and keeps my Shepard’s feet on the ground. Plus she is the Mass Effect version of a gamer, what more could a want in a woman?
